Vårdilten is held every year on a Wednesday in early to mid-April and has rich traditions, previously known as Teledilten. In 2025, the race will take place on Wednesday, April 23, starting at 6:00 PM. The course is 4.3 km long and runs on sidewalks and gravel paths within the area of the Sunnmøre Museum. It is mostly flat, except for a steep hill midway.
Highlights
- The race started in April 1984 under the name Teledilten, but has been canceled twice due to COVID-19 outbreaks.
- There will be an award ceremony with trophies for the top two runners after the race.
- Participants will receive juice, coffee, and cake after the race.
